Hours: The OLV Basilica is open free-of-charge to visitors of all faiths daily from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. The Gift Shop is located in the basement of the Basilica and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tours: Open Tours take place every Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. To set-up a tour at a different time, please contact Denise Wood, Program Director at (716) 828-7517 or via email. Tourist Services: Ample parking is available behind the Shrine and is accessible off of South Park Avenue (Rte. 62). The Basilica is wheelchair accessible. Lifts are available to any in need.

Driving Directions:
From Downtown Buffalo - Take Route 5 (Skyway), exit at Ridge Road. Make left onto Ridge and follow to South Park Ave. (Rte. 62).

From North (Niagara Falls) - I-190 South to Route 5 West (Skyway). Exit Ridge Road. Make left onto Ridge and follow to South Park Ave. (Rte. 62).

From East (Rochester) - NYS Thruway I-90 West to Exit 55 (Lackawanna/Ridge Road). Merge onto Ridge Road and follow to South Park Ave. (Rte. 62).

From South (Erie) - NYS Thruway I-90 East to Exit 55 (Lackawanna/Ridge Road). Merge onto Ridge Road and follow to South Park Ave. (Rte. 62) - OR - Take Route 20 to Route 62 (South Park Ave.)
